This course covers the basic principles of genetics, principally transmission genetics, cytological genetics, molecular genetics and population genetics. You will also learn how genetic knowledge is applied within other fields of biology. The course is a component of the bachelor programmes in biology, marine biology and in molecular biology. It can also be taken as an individual course. The course is given November-December.
