This course aims to increase your skills in oral and written communication of nutritional science. The structure of the scientific article, how to handle references and different ways of using and citing other peoples’ work is reviewed thouroghly. The course also includes modern theories of teaching and learning. The course is to a large extent based on practical excercises. These skills are useful in all academic work and also in other activities that involve presentation of scientific information and teaching.

In addition, Swedish upper secondary school course English B or equivalent or one of the following tests. Cambridge CPE och CAE: Pass. IELTS : 6.0 (with no part of the test below 5.0). TOEFL (paper based): 550 (with minimum grade 4 on the written test part). TOEFL (computer based): 213. TOEFL (internet based): 79.
