This course deals with communication of popular nutritional science. The course is to a large extent based on practical excercises and aims to develop your skills in communicating, oral and in written text, nutritional science with media and the public. The course also gives an introduction to research ethics and theory of science. The nutritional science will be discussed from different views of research ethics as well as different theories of science.

The above mentioned skills and knowledge is useful in all types of work and activities that involve discussions of nutrition and of medical science in general.

In addition, Swedish upper secondary school course English B or equivalent or one of the following tests. Cambridge CPE och CAE: Pass. IELTS : 6.0 (with no part of the test below 5.0). TOEFL (paper based): 550 (with minimum grade 4 on the written test part). TOEFL (computer based): 213. TOEFL (internet based): 79.
