The course offers knowledge about conditions, characteristics and skills in interpersonal and pedagogical communication. The course aims to strengthen empathic, communicative and critical skills in pedagogic work as well as to identify factors that hampers and promotes successful communication and conflict management. The course offers knowledge about qualified conflict understanding and conflict management in professional contexts.
