Admission to the course required knowledge corresponding to the courses Tellus I - Geology, 15 ECTS credits (GG2008) and Tellus II - Geology, 12.5 ECTS credits (GG4039) or Geology and Geophysics, 15 ECTS credits (GG2201) is required.
Description
The course covers crystallography, mineral chemistry, mineral physics, physical and optical properties of minerals, mineral identification and mineral analysis. The course has an open start and you can read the course at your own pace. Re-exams may be held on campus.
