Educational management and leadership, 15 hp

This course provides an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the concepts relating to leading and managing educational institutions, facilitating the development of skill and competencies needed by leaders/managers. The course pays particular attention to leading and managing educational institutions, including policy analysis and administrative processes towards the creation of effective organizations with continuous improvement.
