This course is intended for students who already read Swedish newspapers and books, but want to improve their communicative competence and ability to express themselves in Swedish. The course includes oral and written exercises in narrating, describing, discussing and making presentations. The course also includes a review of basic grammar. The course introduces students to Swedish culture and society and prepares them for university studies in Sweden. The course cannot be counted toward a degree from Stockholm University.
