The Stockholm-Uppsala Master’s Programme in Accounting, Auditing and Analysis (SUMA) is an academic education that addresses the theoretical, legal, practical and social aspects of accounting and auditing in a Swedish and international context.

SUMA is given in collaboration between the Stockholm University School of Business and the departments of Business Administration and Business Law at Uppsala University. Integrating scholarly perspectives and methods with professional practice, the programme provides you with advanced knowledge about accounting standards and auditing regulations, and it enables you to critically analyze the principles, practices and implications of accounting and auditing. The programme therefore provides a solid background for students pursuing a professional career in accounting and auditing. The programme also provides a solid background for students pursuing an academic career in research and teaching.
