The Graphic Management Program (GI) is for two years, and is a comprehensive education that gives students the potential to reach leading positions in media industry or communications, for example at advertising, design or web bureaus, or at the marketing or communication department of a company or other organization. After graduating, students often find work at bureaus as operative project managers or production leaders, but also as planners, ADs or communication managers. They will work in projects together with planners, artists, illustrators, designers and brand strategists. The program includes marketing communication and business economy, graphic design and production, advertising communication and design, project management, a Bachelor’s thesis, and finally a degree project on behalf of a company or other organization. It is an intensive program, with lectures and exercises almost every day. The education consists alternately of theoretical lectures and individual or collective exercises and projects. During the program, students are in continuous contact with the professional world: they meet guest lecturers, go on study visits and a study trip, and do their degree project on behalf of a company or other organization. In addition to the departmental teachers, prominent researchers and experts are invited as guest lecturers and tutors. With an additional 60 credits in other subjects, the program leads to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and PR. It is only possible to apply to the entire program (of 120 credits).
